British luxury heritage brand Grenfell has produced two adaptations of its’ iconic styles, exclusively for Hackett London and produced at Grenfell’s own factory in the capital.
The brand collaborated with Hackett London’s co-founder Jeremy Hackett to develop the reworked versions of both the classic Pea Coat and a blouson style take on the Grenfell Harrington jacket.
Both cut from Grenfell cloth in French Navy and Olive, the, Jeremy’s handwriting in both styles can be seen in his favourite camouflage lining.
“We are delighted to have partnered with Grenfell, a British brand with a rich heritage and trusted design for the modern gentleman,” says Jeremy Hackett. “Masters of their field, the Grenfell x Hackett outerwear collection was an obvious collaboration and one I’ve been thrilled to be involved in from the design through to production.”
Grenfell’s commercial director, Gary Burnand, adds; “At Grenfell we have loved working with Jeremy Hackett and his sartorially savvy eye to re-imagine some of our archive garments. All delivered with Hackett’s British wit, style and the greatest attention to detail. This is what British fashion excels at.”
The capsule collection is available now at Hackett London stores in the UK, Japan, Vienna, Zurich and Sylt, Germany.
