National trade fashion exhibition Moda has confirmed a strong line-up of new and returning labels across menswear, womenswear, footwear and accessory product categories.
The show has confirmed several global leaders as new signings for s/s 18, including surfwear, snow and lifestyle specialist O’Neill, set to showcase both its men’s and womenswear offer. Heritage footwear label, K Swiss, has also confirmed its attendance at Moda Footwear.
Other names to make their Moda debut include swimwear labels Bowler & Beach and Nicholas Alexander, sustainable fashion brand Tom Cridland and young, contemporary brand Stallion Clothing.
Returning labels include the likes of Original Penguin, Solid, Olymp, Camel Active, Eterna, Fynch Hatton, Duke, Casamoda, Skopes, Ben Sherman, Gibson London and many more.
For the first time this season, Sunday’s seminar will focus solely on fashion retail and trends, while Monday’s programme is centred around e-commerce and multi-channel retail. Tuesday meanwhile will build upon Moda’s New Business Tuesday concept, presented in conjunction with industry body the British Independent Retailers’ Association (BIRA) and its specialist organisation for the fashion sector the Fashion Association of Britain (FAB).
“BIRA is the UK’s largest network of independent retailers with 6,500 members, including a specialist fashion sector – FAB,” says Julie Holden, national membership manager for BIRA. “We are delighted to be working with Moda to inspire fashion retailers and remind them that they don’t have to do it alone. FAB members benefit from valuable support and our collective strength, which helps them grow their business and stand out in their community.”
Moda will return to the NEC on 6-8 August this year. To see the full s/s 18 brand list or to register to attend, visit www.moda-uk.co.uk.
